It is a good idea to send also a small
video of yourself.
With some digital cameras this is possible.
If you do not have a digital camera available it is also very easy to make a movie like that. The only thing
you need is a webcam and a microphone connected to your computer.

"REC"
for recording the video. A video less then 1 minute will be
fine.
